Seeking Participants: Exercise Snacks at Work study

Interested in workplace health and wellbeing? Can’t find time to exercise?

Not having enough time to exercise is one of the top reasons people give for not being physically active. If this sounds like you, then you might be interested in ‘exercise snacking’.

Researchers at Macquarie University are inviting individuals and organisations to participate in the co-design of a novel workplace initiative about exercise snacking. Participants will join in the design of an exercise snacking program suitable for office workers when working in the office or from home.
