National Acoustic Labs (NAL), one of our Hearing Hub partners, is looking for people who have hearing difficulties who have not had their hearing tested recently and who have a communication partner who could attend the appointment with them. This could be a spouse, sibling, child, friend, relative, colleague or caregiver.

This study will look at the way hearing assessment results are explained to people and how that could change the way a person and their communication partners (e.g. spouse, child, sibling) approach dealing with the hearing difficulties they experience.

This study involves two appointments that can be conducted in person, remotely or any combination. Participants will receive $40 each for their time. For more information contact raaya.tiko@nal.gov.au
