Our school readiness group nurtures your kids’ communication in preparation for big school.
The MQ Health Speech and Hearing Clinic is running a school readiness group in January.
We use play-based activities to help your children get ready for the classroom by focusing on foundation skills for literacy, listening, and asking and answering questions.
Speech pathologists and attending post-graduate students also target phonological awareness and news-telling. Gross motor skills are observed by a paediatric physiotherapist.
