Deferred Salary Scheme

Applications are now open to join the Deferred Salary Scheme.

The Deferred Salary Scheme (DSS) allows staff to defer receiving a portion of their pre-tax salary for three years, before accessing a continuous paid absence of 24 weeks, funded by their accumulated deferred salary.

Staff can use the absence for any reason, provided there’s no conflict of interest with their duties and role at Macquarie.

Applications are open from Monday 24 May to Wednesday 2 June.
