Our new HR system Workday will be going live in February 2021 and as you might’ve seen in our recent video sneak peek, it looks quite different to our current system HR Online.
For most of us, training will be self-paced, online learning accessible from within Workday. This’ll include a mix of short instructional videos and job aids, tailored for employees and managers (similar to our sneak peek video).
Limited face-to-face training will also be provided to staff heavily involved in supporting HR processes in their faculties and departments. HR Client Services are currently working with their client teams to identify people who’ll benefit most from face-to-face training in Workday. Invitations will be distributed early in the new year with training commencing for most staff (outside of HR) from late January 2021.
