Don’t miss out – Staff Wellbeing Month events filling up fast

Staff Wellbeing Month (1-30 September) is a chance to focus on your overall wellbeing.

Got a green thumb? Then the Bush Care event on 8 September is a perfect opportunity to head outdoors and enjoy our stunning campus grounds.

Alternatively, there are some fantastic webinars you can get involved in.

From how to improve your emotional health (10 September), and how to manage your weight (9 September), to tackling screen addiction (1 September), it’s never been easier to focus on your mental and physical wellbeing.

As always, there are a number of Wellbeing Month events that are in high demand, which is why we have recorded some sessions so that you can enjoy them in your own time. This includes Yogalates, fitness classes such as BodyBalance, BodyPump, Zumba, BodyAttack and lunchtime webinars.

With this in mind, if you can no longer attend a session please cancel your registration to allow another staff member to attend.

Finally, after everything that 2020 has thrown at us, we are all in need of some team building, and what better way than with an inter-faculty/office UniMoves Team Challenge.

Download the app and register for the team challenge for your chance to win prizes and be named the fittest faculty/office. The overall individual winner will win a FitBit and each person on the winning team will receive a UniMoves drink bottle and coffee voucher.

So join your fellow colleagues and go head to head to see who is the fittest faculty/office – you’ve got to be in it to win it!

For the full program and to register for events, take a look at the Staff Wellbeing Month website.
