  2. Coursework Suite and Delivery
Transitioning to a coursework suite that meets the needs of our students, employers and the University
  3. Focussed Investment in Research
Strategically investing in research to maximise funding opportunities and enhance our rankings
  4. Our People
Supporting and developing our staff to achieve our aspirations in education and research, ensuring student success
  5. Ways of Working
Enhancing processes, support and technology to achieve efficiencies in the way we deliver services to staff and students.

Next steps

The Vice-Chancellor will work with the Executive Group to review the inputs from the University Community during the engagement and to integrate these with our scenario planning and operational responses to COVID-19 in order to establish the University Operating Plan 2020-2024.

Although our digital engagement platform will be paused for now, based on the level of participation and positive feedback, we will be actively pursuing it as part of continued engagement in the next steps of the University’s planning work. More details will be shared with the community in the following weeks.
