February food: this month’s special offers from Campus Life

Whether you’re celebrating lunar new year, or you’re still on a ‘new year – healthier diet’ drive (good on you!), February is all about enjoying great food. And with two offers from Campus Life, it’s a great month to enjoy lunch in the summer sunshine.

New menu at the Staff Café (including all-day brunch)

Staff Café is now offering an all-day brunch menu with delicious options like:

  • smashed avocado accompanied by homemade dukkha, rocket and balsamic glaze (add haloumi to take it to the next level!);
  • zucchini, chilli and shallot fritters, slow roasted tomatoes, ricotta and candied walnuts; and
  • smoked salmon, homemade labneh, baby spinach and shaved fennel on rye.

Head Chef Housien Koussan’s new summer menu has a variety of vegetarian and gluten free dishes as well as plenty of classic burger and steak options and homemade desserts.

Popular daily specials – including Rump Mondays and Seafood Fridays – will continue, offering great value.
