Free weekly yoga for Macquarie staff

The Sport and Aquatic Centre has introduced a free weekly yoga class for Macquarie staff, led by one of their most experienced yoga instructors.

The class – which is suitable for all levels – will be held every Monday from 12pm to 1pm on Level 4 of MUSE building (18 Wally’s Walk) in the Creative Space room. Just look for the signs at the top of the stairs on level 4 directing you to the room.

Come dressed and ready to go, or stop at level 3 to use the bathrooms to change.

The class is capped at 50 participants. There will be a very limited number of mats available so bring your own mat if you have one.

A Tuesday class is also offered for staff in the Waterloo Road precinct. This class runs from 12pm to 1pm in the Venture Cafe.

  1. Hi there, does this start from next Monday 2 September? And is there an end date and a limit of how many people are able to participate? Do we need to book?
