Functional Strength Training classes

MQ Health Physiotherapy is running functional strength training classes to better improve clients’ strength and mobility.

What is Functional Strength Training?

Functional Strength Training uses resistance exercises and body weight movements to mimic the specific physiological demands of real-life activities. This type of training can help you become stronger, more flexible, more agile and better equipped to handle day to day activities.

When are the classes?
Term three will commence the week beginning 22 July and run for 10 weeks.

This term our classes will be on:

Tuesday: 5-6pm
Wednesday: 12.30-1.30pm and 5-6pm
Thursday: 4-5pm and 5-6pm
Friday: 8-9am

Fees
You can come casually or sign up for a term at a discounted staff rate. You may be entitled to a rebate from your Health Fund for these classes.*

Term cost for 1 class per week
Standard= $360
Staff or Students = $288

Classes are filling quickly so get in while you can.
