Did you know 39 projects were identified and 32 working groups were set up to drive the action planning process? We are pleased to say most faculties and offices have been actively involved in identifying areas for development off the back of their survey results, collating action plans and working towards closing the gaps.
Organisation-wide initiatives were also identified, and the Executive and their teams have been instrumental in driving these projects across the University. Nicole Gower, HR Director, explains more about this in the video.
