Staff and student IT Service Quality Benchmark survey results

Close to 6,000 University staff and students took part in a survey conducted by Voice Project to help shape technology systems and processes.

The University scored highly in Remote Assistance and Electronic, On-Site and Phone IT Support Services. Opportunities for improvement were highlighted in some areas, including verifying permanent fixes for complex problems and receiving feedback.

Overall IT satisfaction for students ranked 2% below the benchmark average across all participating universities, with staff IT satisfaction ranking 6% below the overall benchmark average.

“Thank you to all who participated in the survey,” says Georgina Rossendell, Director, Client Services.

“We are constantly working to improve the systems and processes in IT and address the areas of improvement highlighted from the survey.”

  1. I remember writing a text response to this survey.
Where are those responses? the text responses?
Are the text responses even worse?

  2. It’s not a surprise our results are so poor when you decimate an IT department from another slash and burn restructure, destroying knowledge and staff morale in the process…

    1. all that money that was supposed to be spent on infrastructure improvements – have they found out where it disappeared too?
I heard people there are still pulling in massive bonuses.

Got a story to share?
