Macquarie has plenty of activities on offer for kids over the upcoming school holidays.

RoboCamps

Enrol your kids in this robotics activity program held at Macquarie for school ages K-12. RoboCamps is part of the FIRST Robotics group – an organisation that works to support robotics programs for students all over the world.

Junior Science Academy

Help your kids develop their understanding and knowledge of science. September 2016 topics include:

  • Incredible Forces (for children in Years 2-3)

  • The Human Circulatory System (for children in Years 2-3)

Macquarie University Sport

Children can become Mini MacWarriors in popular programs held at Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre from 26-30 September (Week 1) and 4-7 October (Week 2), including:

  • Holiday Sport (5-12 years) is held every day from 8am to 5pm an includes activities such as skateboarding, quidditch, hula hooping, martial arts, table tennis and more.
  • Gymnastics (4-12 years) is held every day from 9am to 12pm and teaches kids the technical skills of gymnastics in a safe manner.
  • Swim Vac (3-15 years) is a swimming program that caters for every age and skill level. The intensive week-long program held every day from 9am to 12pm is designed to fast-track the child’s development. Inquire about a new intensive private lesson option.
