A summary of the changes made is captured under the Status and Details tab which is located in the menu bar at the top of the document.

Bulletin Board

Keep an eye on the Bulletin Board which lists recent approvals, along with documents that are open for consultation.  You can provide feedback on any documents listed as open, and your feedback will be collated and forwarded to the Document Author for consideration.
