New menu at the Staff Café (including all-day brunch)
Staff Café is now offering an all-day brunch menu with delicious options like:
- smashed avocado accompanied by homemade dukkha, rocket and balsamic glaze (add haloumi to take it to the next level!);
- zucchini, chilli and shallot fritters, slow roasted tomatoes, ricotta and candied walnuts; and
- smoked salmon, homemade labneh, baby spinach and shaved fennel on rye.
Head Chef Housien Koussan’s new summer menu has a variety of vegetarian and gluten free dishes as well as plenty of classic burger and steak options and homemade desserts.
Popular daily specials – including Rump Mondays and Seafood Fridays – will continue, offering great value.
