From 15 April until 3 June, works will be carried out to replace cladding on the fire stairs adjacent 11 Wally’s Walk. Although minimal disruption is expected, pedestrians and occupants of the building should be aware that the fire exit will be redirected away from the works and signage will show the new egress.
