The National Acoustic Laboratories (NAL) is looking for children aged 5 to 12 with and without hearing loss. 

This study involves: 

• testing at NAL at Macquarie University’s Wallumattagal Campus 
• your child completing some light listening tasks and watching a movie while our audiologist monitors and collects brain response data 
• a two-hour session for children with normal hearing  
• two, two-hour sessions for children with hearing loss 
• $20 per hour in compensation for your time in the form of an eGift voucher of your choice 

Appointments can be scheduled during weekdays, after school or during school holidays. They will include a free hearing test for your child.
