The development of our Professional Staff Service Charter is underway, led by led by a dedicated working group.

This work will define the service principles that our professional staff teams commit to and set out what those principles mean in practice. This is an important part of achieving our ambition to provide an exceptional service experience for our students and customers.

The working group has distilled initial insights into early concepts and is currently testing these with key customer and reference groups, including students, academic staff, professional staff and leaders.

Throughout November, the working group will be drafting the Service Charter and would like to test it with professional staff members.
