The Deferred Salary Scheme (DSS) allows staff to defer the payment of a proportion of their pre-tax salary for three years, before accessing a continuous paid absence of 24 weeks, funded by their accumulated deferred salary.

Staff can use the absence for any reason, provided there’s no conflict of interest with their duties and role at Macquarie.

Applications are open from Monday 2 November to Wednesday 10 November 2021.
