Supporting staff through times of change

Staff who are concerned about impacts of workplace change can make use of Macquarie’s free Employee Assistance Program (provided by Benestar). Trained professional counsellors are available for confidential face-to-face appointments, telephone or Live Chat support, with six free sessions available to you or members of your family.

The Benehub also has expert advice on topics like coping with change, stress management and financial planning during times of uncertainty.
