If you haven’t yet heard, Nicole Gower, VP People and Services announced that Workday, our new HR system, went live on 8 February. Workday will be used by the University, MQ Health and CampusLife employees, and replaces HR Online, Talent, staff learning management systems, and several timesheet systems, including TimeFiler and TMS.
Logging into Workday is simple
- From the Staff Portal, click on the link for Workday. Don’t forget to add this URL to your browser favourites.
- Use your MQ OneID and password to sign in.
Logging in from home or using mobile device or tablet?
- You’ll need to use ‘Multi-Factor Authentication’ – a two-step verification process required to ensure safety of your employee data.
- Download an authenticator application onto your mobile device – either Okta Verify or Google Authenticator. Please follow these instructions to set up Okta Verify or Google Authenticator.
- Once you’ve set up an authenticator application on your device, you’ll use this app to generate a PIN to log into Workday when using it from home or on a mobile device.
- Note: Multi-factor authentication is not required when logging into Workday using the Macquarie University wi-fi network on campus.
