The University’s parking calendar operates from 1 January to 31 December.

Due to the disruption that COVID caused to parking last year, your required actions for 2021 permits will depend on the payment method  you used for your vPermit last year.

• Staff who paid via salary sacrifice in 2020 will have noticed that the salary deductions were paused in April 2020 and resumed in August 2020.  2020 permits have now expired and you will need to purchase a new vPermit for 2021.
• Staff who paid for their vPermit by credit card need to check their account by logging into vPermit to ensure that their permit is Active. 2020 permits paid for by credit card have been extended until June 2021.

Staff have the choice of two parking options:

• A 2021 vPermit – ideal for those parking on campus on a regular basis
• Pay As You Go (PAYG) for those who travel to campus by car less often

Remember: for full time or continuing employees, there is an option to salary sacrifice your vPermit on a fortnightly basis.
