Workday Employee Self-Service: A glimpse of our new HR System

workday-is-coming_web

Macquarie’s new HR System Workday will be going live in early 2021.

Workday Employee Self-Service is the place you’ll do all that you do today in HR Online, and much more! You can view staff announcements, navigate the organisation structure, submit timesheets, and apply for leave.

Watch the video for a sneak peek of the experience:

“Workday removes a lot of paperwork associated with our current, often cumbersome, HR processes. It frees up time for staff, managers, and HR to focus on more value adding aspects of their jobs” says Margo Droulers, Deputy HR Director, Head of HR Client Services and Workday Business Lead. “For HR, it’s the first time we’ll be working with an end-to-end HR system. It will also mean an uplift in our skills and competencies to be able to support the MQ Group as the organisation will have better and more immediate access to information about their workforce.”

You’ll be able to access Workday anywhere, anytime using your computer, mobile phone, or tablet. “I’m really looking forward to enabling our staff to be able to access an expanded self-service anywhere, anytime. I feel like we are now in the 21st century!” says Margo.
