An email from Nicole Gower (Vice President, People and Services) was sent to all staff on 19 November, opening the Professional Services Transformation (PST) consultation phase, and launching the PST Briefing and Consultation Paper.

As part of the consultation phase a PST All Staff Virtual Town Hall will be held to discuss the proposed PST model and to allow staff to raise questions through the Q&A function. All staff are encouraged to participate and register early for attendance.
