Macquarie University has been accredited as a Breastfeeding Friendly Campus again in 2020 by the Australian Breastfeeding Association.  The University has held this accreditation since 2012.

The Australian Breastfeeding Association has trained Breastfeeding Counsellors who are available to assist staff who are parents with their breastfeeding concerns, and questions about how to combine breastfeeding and returning to work. They can be contacted on the toll-free number 1800 686 268.

Parents rooms have been upgraded across Campus and there is a new room in the new Arts Building. Information about Parent Rooms,  including a location map, can be found in the Carers HUB Support and Resources section.
