Wellbeing Month: challenge yourself, challenge your colleagues

Wellbeing Month is in full swing, with staff across the University enjoying activities both on campus, and from the comfort of their homes.

Whether you want to get more active, hands-on, focus on your mental wellbeing and health, or just need a challenge, there are events to suit.

I WANT TO BE MORE ACTIVE
– Lunchtime Walks (8, 15, 22 & 29 September)
Pop your runners on and join the UniMoves team for a weekly 20 to 30-minute walk around our stunning campus. Learn how to load the UniMoves app onto your phone so you can also join the team challenge.

I WANT TO GET HANDS-ON
