Waratah Cottage opens soon and will offer the same high-quality care and education that the children and families at Gumnut and Banksia Cottages already experience.

Waratah Cottage will provide:

• Long day care for children aged 0-5 years
  • Open 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday from 21 September.

• Casual care for children aged 0-5 years
  • Open 7:45am-5:15pm Monday to Friday during school terms, bookings will open in September.

• Vacation care for children aged 5-12 years
  • Open 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday during school holidays from 28 September.

There are still long day care places available for children aged 2-5 years. Families already on the waiting list for Banksia and Gumnut Cottages are automatically on the long day care waiting list for the new Waratah Cottage. Families not on the waiting list are encouraged to register at no cost: MyWaitList.

As with Banksia and Gumnut, Macquarie Staff (including MQ Hospital staff) receive priority for places at Waratah.
