MQCMS integrations to support the release of materials for iLearn and Unit Guides will occur on 16 December.
From this date, staff will be able to finalise their unit guides in iTeach with details of Unit Convenors and assessment due dates.
The updated Unit Guide Procedure, approved by Senate last week, specifies that Unit Guides will be available for publication two weeks prior to the Unit start dates.
Other fields (e.g Unit Learning Outcomes and assessment information), previously editable in iTeach, are now managed via the MQCMS. Any changes will trigger an approval workflow. It is important that these changes are made in time for Faculty governance processes.
