Vote for Macquarie in the ‘My Community Project’ initiative

Macquarie staff who reside in the Lane Cove state electorate can help Macquarie University establish a specialist service for older Australians in our area, by voting for the project in the NSW Government’s ‘My Community Project’ initiative.

support-our-senoirsDr Joyce Siette, in the Australian Institute of Health Innovation, is proposing a multipurpose clinic providing free memory assessments and support for older adults who are concerned about their cognitive function.

You can read about the proposed clinic on the My Community Projects website and vote for the project with a MyServiceNSW account login.

Successful projects in the initiative will be determined through a public vote, with the projects that receive the most support receiving funding.

The Lane Cove electorate includes Macquarie Park, Artarmon, Boronia Park, East Ryde, Gladesville, Greenwich, Henley, Hunters Hill, Huntleys Cove, Huntleys Point, Lane Cove, Lane Cove North, Lane Cove West, Linley Point, Longueville and Putney.
