Walanga Muru, in partnership with Macquarie University Hearing, have released a captioned version of the University’s Welcome to Country video, increasing accessibility for the Macquarie University community.
This is in line with the goals of embodying best practice and adopting a whole of university approach as set out in the Hearing Strategy 2030 and Indigenous Strategy 2016-2025.

Staff are encouraged to use the captioned video whenever it is played at University events. Select the [CC] icon on the video to switch on the subtitles.
Darug language subtitles will also be added in the near future.
