Lachlan’s Restaurant at the MGSM Executive Hotel is offering the experience with a two-course menu designed by Executive chef Prabhat Dua. The express lunch is perfect for quick business or social meetings.
The menu changes monthly and features dishes such as pan-fried snapper fillet with potato mash, steamed greens and hollandaise sauce, and chicken picatta – pan-fried chicken fillet in parmesan batter, linguini and sauce pomodoro.
An à la carte menu is also available at lunch and dinner for a more leisurely dining experience.
