Our 2019 Your Say staff engagement survey will be launched on Monday 20 May, when all staff will receive an email inviting them to have their say.

For the first time, there’ll also be a separate survey for Sessional Academic staff this year (by way of definition, this will include all academic casual staff) so that we can better understand their unique experience of working at Macquarie.

As in previous years, the survey is conducted by the Voice Project, an external, independent organisation with extensive experience in the sector. It will be completely anonymous and strictly confidential, so please be honest in your responses.

The survey will help us understand the current experience of working for the University, where our strengths as an organisation lie, and where we can continue to improve.
