  1. Freshly made sandwiches- choose your filling – variety, not a subway-bun, would be pleasant as an addition to the current offerings.
A refreshing regular cup of tea, would be good. Coffee is the emphasis at the moment, not that I don’t enjoy the occasional coffee.
A coffee shop area, serving coffee, tea and assorted cakes, sandwiches, toasties and melts. simple but pleasant; differently located with comfortable seating as a place to chill not necessarily having alcohol.
Perhaps, more pleasantly arranged seating areas, to enjoy an end of day/ week beverage, alcoholic or non alcoholic.
For summer a Gelato Bar, or a quality ice cream outlet.

    1. Hi Marina, thanks for your comments. Hopefully you put them into your survey responses too but if not, please do take a few minutes to complete the survey and enter the draw for a chance to win a food voucher. Ice cream has been a popular request too. Once again, thanks for letting us know your thoughts.
