The Sweetest Memory is a collection of dessert recipes, artworks and personal memories, shared by members of our University community including students from refugee backgrounds.

Through recipes and artworks, readers are transported in time – via memory – to places that live closely in the hearts of our contributors.

Beyond this the book echoes the deeper reflection that we are all connected through our humanity.

All funds raised through the sale of The Sweetest Memory cookbook will go toward a financial need grant set up for students studying at Macquarie University who are from refugee backgrounds or are asylum seekers.

The cookbook can be pre-purchased from the Widening Participation Store.

Books will be available for collection/internal campus delivery/postage from Tuesday 11 December 2018.
