Due to construction on the Central Courtyard project, the marquee used for post-graduation ceremony functions is being relocated to part of the MGSM carpark in order to accommodate the April graduation celebrations.
The marquee will be set up in the carpark from 2 April-6 October in the area shown on the map below. This will necessitate the partitioning of the carpark to form a separate Chancellery carpark, which will be accessed via Science Road.
Parking for graduands and their guests on graduation days
Graduands and their guests will park in West 5 carpark, accessed via Culloden Road and then either Gymnasium Road or Link Road, on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 April.
A shuttle bus will operate from West 5 carpark to the Eastern Road side of the Graduation Hall (14 Sir Christopher Ondaatje Avenue), and back to West 5 carpark after the ceremonies.
