As part of the annual Australian and New Zealand University IT Service Quality Benchmark Project, we will soon ask for your feedback on the University’s IT systems and services. The results will give us a baseline on our performance moving forward.  

Staff will receive an email from ‘IT Survey‘ with a link to a secure Voice Project site to complete the survey between Tuesday 12 September and Friday 22 September.

On completion of the survey, you can enter into a random prize draw, with a chance of winning one of five Macquarie Centre Gift Cards with a value of either $100, $50 or $20. The prize-draw will take place on Monday 25 September 2017 and the winners will be notified by Monday 2 October 2017. See here for full Terms and Conditions.
