At Macquarie, we are conscious that to achieve a true experience of wellbeing – of feeling and operating at our very best – we must care for all parts that make us whole.

After a successful 2016 launch, Wellbeing Week is taking place again, from 7-14 September, to further assist you in improving your wellbeing and helping you function optimally at work and at home.

During the week, there will be a range of exciting activities including informative lunchtime sessions, campus walks, exercise classes, healthy cooking demonstrations and art classes for staff to attend.

“By tapping into the powerful network of experts and academics here at Macquarie, we have crafted an exciting program that is sure to benefit all staff,” says Nicole Gower, Director Human Resources.
