In addition to the events team, and if determined appropriate, support from the Office of the Vice-Chancellor or the Executive Group may include:

• Issuing formal invitations on behalf of the University
• Background briefings on existing relationships and ongoing issues relevant to the visitor
• Coordination with other events on campus to extend/enhance the visit as appropriate
• Provision of additional resources to manage and execute the event
• Attendance at events by the Vice-Chancellor or other appropriate Executive Group members
• Follow-up actions as required (for example, letters of thanks and return invitations).
