You would have seen an email last week from the Vice-Chancellor, thanking you for your contribution to the Your Say staff survey and sharing some of the findings.

With 85 per cent of staff providing feedback, results showed an improvement in the overall staff satisfaction since the last survey in 2013.

Executives and Survey Champions in each area of the University are being briefed on the detailed results, which they will then share with their respective teams.
