Macquarie receives first UniForum benchmarking results on admin and support services

This year Macquarie participated in UniForum, an annual benchmarking study, for the first time.

The University has received the results, and they are now being cascaded to five key University groups – the Executive group; functional owners and teams; faculty General Managers/divisional Executive Managers; primary contacts and respondents; and some special interest groups.

The focus for this year is to understand the data and the reasons behind the results.

UniForum is in its seventh year and includes 24 universities across Australia and New Zealand as well as 14 in the UK. The study focuses on understanding how professional staff spend their time on administrative tasks throughout the course of the year.

If you would like to know more about the UniForum results, email the UniForum project team.
