A new IT feature is making it easier than ever to make sure you’re “in the know” on all things IT.

Not only can you always visit itstatus.mq.edu.au for a real-time view of the live operational status of IT systems and services, but now you can also subscribe via email or SMS to receive the latest updates on service outages and scheduled maintenance for the systems you choose.

New staff members are automatically subscribed to all notifications with their staff email address. Manage your updates by clicking the link at the bottom of every IT status email communication.
