Colliers undertaking asset valuations

Beginning this week, the University’s newly appointed valuers Colliers International will undertake a valuation of buildings, plants and equipment both on and off campus.

Valuations are critical for the University to ascertain the correct value of assets to declare in the annual insurance renewal and for financial reporting purposes.

Staff can assist in this process (when necessary) by providing access to all buildings, rooms, plant rooms, server rooms or any other areas including areas occupied by the University-controlled entities and by external tenants.

Colliers International staff will be led by Ben McCallum and will have a letter of identification from Michael Carabetta, Head of Asset Management.

For more information, email Klara Lyons or call extension 7369.
