The refurbishment of C5A Level 4 East will commence on Monday 9 May, as part of the C5A Upgrade Project. Works are programmed to be completed by early July 2016.

The area in between C5A & C5C will be fenced off to form the Main Contractors site compound.

All impact works will be conducted out of hours (nights and weekends) and access to Level 4 of C5A is restricted to the Western end. Access to Level 4 West can be gained by taking the lift, central or western stairs.

Signage will be in place to indicate access and restrictions.

Property is working to minimise the impact of the works on the surrounding buildings and University community, and maximise safety. When required, there will be traffic controllers on site to ensure the safety of pedestrians and other vehicles as trucks enter and leave the site.
